Default Chipping a leased A4

I'm thinking of chipping my leased 02 Avant and am wondering if anybody has had any problems at lease return time? Any suggestions as to which chipping method (flash, socket, soldered chip) would be safest for me? I am thinking that a flash, like Neuspeed would be the least detectable at lease return - it could be flashed back to stock.

Default Dealers who do lease inspections don't care. However, next owner of the car

if they run into warranty issues due to chipped car, may decide to take action against you if undisclosed.

I also have a leased a4 and thinking about doing the same thing, do you know if they inspec everytime you bring it in? If not then we can just flash it back to stock when we return the car.
