Lexol makes a superior product. I started using it about three years ago and haven't found anything that comes close. There is the leather cleaner (orange bottle) and there is the leather conditioner (brown bottle). I strongly reccomend using both. Start with the cleaner (take your time)...you will be amazed how much crap comes off your seats. Follow with the conditioner(you don't need to use alot) and the results are pretty incredible. You can see and feel the difference instantly. I would reccomend cleaning the leather about once every couple of months and conditioning your leather whenever you wash your car... Keeps the leather supple...a little pricy but lasts a long time and does an excellent job....

Try Zaino, especially the Z10 - smells like factory leather.

This is from a site down-under, but I'm pretty sure you can get it the US.

Default 2nd the Zaino Z-10 Leather in a Bottle.

Makes my car seats supple, soft and smell really good, even months after use. Do it every three months. Used other stuff, but can't compare to the Zaino.
