I have a 2002 1.8t A4.

Oh, the frustration begins. I just got the thermostats and coolant temp sensors changes, while getting hosed on the price of 500 bucks.

Then driving back from the mechanic, the CEL comes on again! Damn!

I hooked it up and got 16795, something about air flows to the cylinders.

My questions are;
1. Can this problem be related to the other problem I had with the coolant temps sensors/thermostat codes?

2. Could this be iatrogenic from the mechanic working on my car...which means he fixes it for almost nothing after I blame him?

3. Is this under the warranty of emmssions?

4. How much am I looking at? If not covered by warranty?

5. What problems does this thing cause...is it something dire i need to take care of?
