Cloth seat swap? Is it feasible?

I've yet to talk to my dealership, but I figured I'd ask ya'll here first...
I hate these leatherette seats the more I sit in them. I really would have prefered cloth, but I could not have waited to order an A4 with cloth (or else I'd be drivin a crappy rental car for three months!)
Anyone know if it's relatively easy to remove the leatherette seat coverings and replace them with Audi's cloth seats? I'm worried about the side impact airbags. I don't have butt warmers, so that makes it at least a bit easier.
Any idea on the price of cloth seat covers, btw?
thanks!
