When I make a sharp turn (wheel turned almost all the way), I hear this clunk/crunch sound that sounds like it's coming from my front right wheel. I only hear one sound during the whole turn, even at fairly low speeds.

I am lowered on Eibach Prokit Sport Springs, stock sport shocks, and have the 18" V2 VM B7 RS4 Reps with 235/45/18 tires.

Any idea what the noise could be from? It's been happening or a while, car seems to drive fine otherwise.

something to do with the spring coil. it's either not seated right or binding on turn

I had a spring break on me once. I was told that it was impossible but its not.
