Clutch pedal 'clicking' or something- clutch cyl shot?

The clutch should be fully engaged when your foot comes off the pedal.
The "clicking" is probably a worn, plastic over-center spring.
If you remove the lower kick-panel(piece above your feet) you can actuate the clutch by hand, and see whats causing the clicking.
From a stop, hold the clutch pedal to the floor. Then in first gear, let the pedal out slowly until the clutch begins to grab, where is your clutch pedal at?

One the car is rolling, it's fine. Shifting from 1-2-3-4-5, clutch in shift to neutral feels like the clutch is half pressed.
