Coil Pack
Hi guys, since iam relatively new with cars and i ahve been hearing lots of probs with coil packs, what exactly are they and do all A4 have that prob?
i just picked up mine 2 weeks ago and don't know if i have the same prob

well, its those little orange bits that are on top of the cylinders :p
basically, they provide the give the charge to the spark plugs, there was as issue with the supplier of the coil pack/ingnition coils back in mid 2001 I believe, and this means some of them fail, leading the car to work on 3 cylinders, or 5 if its on a 6 cylinder engine.
I doubt you have the problem as I believe they switched suppliers... BUT, you wont know untill your car starts stuttering... FRIGH FRIHJNTASD FJKASDF a ARGH SON OF A.1!!!
