I just got a letter regarding a California class action suit for all of us that had a coil pak fail. Anyone else get this letter??

Letter also stated that if you had any out of pocket expenses relating to the repair that Audi had to pay you back as part of the settlement

I was never stranded on the road, never incurred any out of pocket expenses. I just had mine replaced as part of the service.

My sister contacted a lemon law lawyer and she got a new A4 out of it....we're in PA

i got one, but my car was fixed before any problems occurred, so I tossed the letter

Yup, got one, threw it out, mine were replaced before they went bad.

I got the letter, and I did have one coil failure before the recall. I will be sending it in, and I expect to get about 15-30 bucks for my trouble.
