Default Coilovers for the B6

I am trying to decide which coilovers to get for my A4. I have really only heard of 2 brands; Stasis and KW. Can anyone give me any help here?

I do not autocross, but I love to push the hell out of my car through the twistues where I live. I currently have an UltraSport with H-Sport S4 Sway bar set.

I was even contemplating just gettin gthe nuespeed spings, but I dont know. Any help is appreciated!

Default just get a spring and shock kit..

coilovers are a waste of money unless racing or you want to go lower than a spring kit will give you (I race, and have Koni coil-overs, and to do over I would have just got a spring and shock kit)

Default The thing about coilovers is...

The height adjustability. I really don't like most spring/shock combos...they are either too high or too low for me. Also, I don't want to have to change wheels/tires if I have rubbing.

There is a time and a place for coilovers. I will be getting them on my B6 A4..and not tracking the car.

Default Re: Coilovers for the B6

i have coilovers on my b6 and love it. hands down would i pick a coilover kit over a shock and spring combo. its not that shock and spring combos are bad they just dont give you as many options when it comes to really fine tuning your suspension. both of the coilover compaines u talked about are good. i would do whatever is better for your pocket. stasis however is pretty serious **** if u ask me
