I usually add 2-10 minutes (temperature dependent) after the coolant is at 12 o'clock.

Default Same, 3K RPM until coolant temp is at 12 o'clock

I also never warm the car up. I start the car up, wait for the ding ding ding to stop, then pull out of the garage. The time it takes for the garage door to fully close is all the time my car gets to warm up, then I drive off.

Default Pedal to the metal..

NOT.
I let idle RPM drop to about 900 before moving, which is usually about 30 seconds. I also try to keep revs under 2.5k before temp gauge is at 12 0'clock.
On a weekday, temp gauge barely reaches 12 0'clock position before I turn off the car. Not good for the engine I suppose.

Default I wait a couple of minutes after it hits 12 o'clock....unless I'm late =P

In which case, I let it warm at idle until the revs drop, then drive around 3k rpm.

Default TJ: Big game coming up in two weeks. UT needs the win bad, guess UK needs it to.

And what's with UK hoops losing to Gardner-Webb. Yikes!!!
