Default Comfort Close

Anyone ever hear of the comfort close option stop working. I have heard this is an option controlled by the cars computer, giving it the ability to be shut on and off.

My battery died and this option has stopped working

Comfort close is when you have the windows or roof open or closed...closing them by holding the key in the door either lock or unlock

Default *bzzt* ;).. actually when the battery was unplugged pinch protection was disabled.

You will also notice that auto-up (and I think auto-down) doesn't work. RTFM to fix the pinch protection and everything should return back to normal.

Thanks for the locator..some folks are close.....I have a problem with my XM radio also. is this something the dealer can do easily or will i get the run-a-round. Is this normal to lose this feature?

from what i am being told this is a 2 min software fix, either by the dealer or the vag-com
