Default Comparison Forge 007 vs Hyperboost HX Compact

Well one of my friends just got a 007. So I took my Hyperboost out and decided to do a comparison. Basically I weighted both of these valves, took a peak inside the valves.

Pardon the crappy unfocus pics.....

Inside of the valves --- Look at how thick and thin the pistons are...

Default of course HYPERBOOOOOST!

Well I used to have a 007 and found out that my 007 lubricant ran out like after 6 months of usage. But after looking at my hyperboost or the pics that I displayed. The picture said alot about the results.

Default If I was doing it all over again, I would've went with the oem 710N (dv from the TT225)...

just makes a bit more sense financially.

Default New price on them might not make so much sense...

Ive experienced a rise in the price of the 710N from several vendors including VW dealerships, 1stvwparts.com and worldimpex.com. Plus, the 710N still has a threshold around 22psi, K04 kits would be pushing it. I ran a 710N before the 007 and it blew out in a month.

Oh yeah? Well in that case Hyperboost may fit the bill. Mine has been working fine so far (1 year+)
