Just got another ticket (2nd) for tinted front-side windows. I will say that cop was actually pretty cool and even that he pointed no front plate he gave me compliance ticket just for tint.
Now the question is what the hell is compliance ticket? I never got those so can anyone explain if it's going on the record etc.
by the way...tint stays as well as no front plate![Big Grin](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Compliance Tickets are typically â€oefix it tickets” or fines for not complying with the local traffic ordinances. They are not considered moving violations, such as speeding tickets, so they wouldnâ€TMt be reported to your insurance company. Some States require that you show proof of compliance, meaning you might have to go to your local court house and have an officer inspect the car when paying your fine. At least this is the way it works in Cincinnati. Good luck.

I got hit for tint over the July 4th weekend. For Ohio, the front windows can only be 50%, and I have 35%.
He gave me a tint ticket which is viewed the same as a registration ticket (like expired tags). Simply pay the fine and move on. No need to show anyone any corrections, and it won't add points to your license (good thing for insurance!).
