Default Condensation in Xenon housings?

This is my one other problem. Noticed some condensation along the bottom of both Xenon headlight housings. Is this normal?

Thanks!

Default Depending on weather and humidity it can be...

...it's just like finding condensation on your windows in the morning or water dripping out of your exhaust. Headlight housings have drain holes to let water seep out and equalize atmospheric pressures built up by the hot filaments (breath in, breath out).
