Coolant replacement?
Im low on coolant and ran over to Kragen. The tech said he didnt know of any G12 A8D nor did we see any coolants that say usable for Audi. Ive heard about using the pink stuff but manual specifically says blah blah blah.
Is there an alternative to the $25/gallon dealer stuff?

Stick with the pink stuff
It's phosphate free. It's designed to not corrode the hoses or the internals of the radiator.
You should only need to pay the $25 once. If you're going through gallons of the stuff, then you have another issue.

Obsolete. Replaced with G-12 Plus.
