Location of coolant sencor A4 B6 2.0 2003?

There's another one down on the right side of the block, too, correct? But that's not the one that gives people trouble. It's the one kymera mentioned (the ECT - I believe it's green?). Audi extended warranty on that to 10 years/100k back in 2008 or so. I wonder why?

The lower one ("black" 2 pin sensor) is actually at the lower radiator connection. You are correct that this one is not as problematic as the "green" one.
