Default could bad axle cause loose feeling in front passenger wheel?

So I've had this annoying squeaking sound while driving. It sounds like rotor hitting water shield once per revolution. Rotors and brakes changed. Faster I go more it happens. When braking I get a slight grinding sound , high pitched squeak goes away. Also feels like the passenger wheel is loose when turning slow or going over rough road. There is no play in wheel when lifted. Bearing was replaced 3 months ago. Sounds like possibly a bad joint in axle but idk if that would effect handling and would make different noise while braking. 05 a4 1.8 quattro
