Crap...boost is down below 5 ...no CEL...what could be wrong?

Crap...boost is down below 5 ...no CEL...what could be wrong?
I noticed that the car was less responsive during heavy rain..thought something was up due to that...well, since I have a boost guage...I can see exactly what is happening in that respect. You think I blew a turbo? Somehow I don't think its that...no smoke. I have seen turbo's blow on B5 S4s before..this is way different...I am just down on power..slower than non-chipped performance...but with NO check engine lights. Help..what do you guys think? Audiboy?

soft limp due to overboost? sometimes it won't trigger a c/e light. reset the ecu and give it a try
this used to happen a lot on my old 1.8T and it was always when the weather changed conditions quickly. I also had the problem when i would get a boost spike in cold, wet conditions when the ECS N75 would over boost and throw me into a soft limp mode. Never got a c/e light but almost always required resetting the ecu.

What do you mean by resetting the ECU?
With the B6 I have never opened up the ECU box...didn't need to...obd2 port was used. I have the IBE flipswitch from GIAC.
