I dont get my 05 1.8T. Apparently in Auto mode (D) car runs very smooth, no problems (most of the times when I shift into multitronic, it's either on 4th or 6th). When I shift to multitornic, and I build my gears from 1st...car freakin feels very different...I dont get it...why does auto jump from 1-3 or 1-4. Also, when on D mode, switching to tip hasn't given me the best advantange when pushing the car, only when I put it on S. However, I guess off a stop, multitornic wud be betta?

but when switching from auto to 'overtake' mode, just downshift 2 gears (paddles or thumbs) and stop and go. dun need to switch gears **** to manual

CVT is faster then 6MT or Tip. (Granted none of them are fast, maybe quicker)

Also,I hate when it automatically shifts to 1st in Multi. while slowing to 10-20 kms.

yeah i know what u mean, but cos it's cvt, it's not really 1st gear
