Default Dashboard warning message

I have a 2005 B6 platform A4 since it was new and it's been great so far! Rock solid compared to other vehicles I've been in.

I'm a long time lurker and infrequent poster to these forums. (I liked the old format better..)

The question I searched for and didn't see an answer to is this.. I have a blown tail light, and until I finally get around to replacing it (yeah, I know) the dashboard center section flashes the warning over and over, overriding the radio readout in the center. Is there a 'clear' function that I'm not seeing, to acknowledge that warning and stop it from flashing at me?

Thanks!
Rich

If there is a way to clear it, I'd like to know too. I've had several of the yellow warnings for bad lights, and other things, and didn't see any way to get rid of them, so I think you may just be stuck with it until it's fixed.

Just change the bulb. Takes about 3 minutes and a phillips head screwdriver to do. Beats getting pulled over.

No way to clear it that I know of.
