Tom Wood Audi in indy sucks A$$. I bought a $36k car and they won't even give me a loaner. I feel sorry for the owners who have paid more for cars, cause their service sure as hell sucks.
Just venting cause those bastards wouldn't claim a bad sunroof seal under warranty and saying it is normal wear and tear. I love Audi but their stealerships sure as hell make it hard to own one.

could be worse... like the Kia Rio that I had as a loaner.
No leather. No power windows. No power. It does make picking up the Audi that much more pleasant.

BTW, I LOVE my dealer because I always get an F150 as a loaner
and I love that truck. I don't pay for the upgrade either.
So for me, getting a loaner is a pleasure. I tell them to keep my A4 for a couple extra days so I can drive the truck.
