Default Dealer has offered 4.25% over invoice for A4 1.8TQM....BUT....I need your thoughts...

Problem is...I'm beginning to think about buying an Avant 1.8TQM instead (which would surely be chipped, in future)!

Can someone please snap me back to my senses and remind me that station wagons aren't cool!!?!!

Or maybe one of you Avant owners can tell me how great it is to have all that extra space (and how you are always being approached by supermodels begging for you to take them on a ride!). ;-)

Default Avants are cool, station wagons are not.

And I have not been approached by any supermodels in the sedan. Most people see my car as a 4 dr family car. If you want a car to meet superficial women that want you for your money you need a Porsche/Ferrari/Lotus etc....

Default $1,000 over is a car deal

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/13040/dscf0011.1.jpg"></center><p>This is fair to both and is easy.
ANY dealer will take this deal unless they sense you can be bumped (up in what you'll pay).
The key is to be dead serious/ready to buy and drive NOW/TODAY.
If you head for the door and they don't cave........go to another dealer.

IMO - Avant is acquired taste/for the guy who has already owned several Audi's. This is even my second Avant.

peace

Dustin A4 is right, and not as common - Anything below 5%profit is fair.

Nah...supermodels wouldn't go for sedans...Ferrari's or station wagons only! ;-)
