Dealer overfilled my engine oil for my 30K service - any possible damages that I should be aware of?

I bring them my own 4qts of Mobil 1. They must have had a dumb high school kid doing the service because they used all four qts. I'm really thinking that next time I will be a real pest and ask for the remainder back, so that I know they didn't use all of it. It's really disturbing that the techs would not know how much oil the engine takes. Even more disturbing is that they didn't bother to check if the level was correct before completing the job.

It's not that much over so you shouldn't have a problem. But remember, it's better to be low on oil than very overfilled on oil... you don't want your seals to burst.
