On the B5 the rear suspension was different for the quattro and the front track, front trak used a torsion beam setup instead of the multi link. Current Passats still use that setup (except 4Motion). On the B6 Audi decided to give identical suspension to both the drivetrains, a great idea IMHO as the torsion beam setup was so old school.....

So I still think $190 for a 4 wheel alignment is a rip-off and there is no such thing as a Quattro alignment, it's just dealer BS mumbo-jumbo that some of you seem to fell for.
