Difference between Xenon and Halogen headlights?
I have Xenon headlights according to the dealership but when i see pictures of halogen and xenon they look the same. Plus my headlights aren't all that bright which would make me think that they are halogen.

Pull up next to a garage door and it will be very clear which you have...
when you first turn on your xenons you will see them almost dance up and down as they level and the beam patter will be very sharp.
Also as Tgr_Clw said the Xenons will be very white where as the Halogen will look like a dirty yellow.

You have 2 options there...
you can get an aftermarket HID kit or you can buy a full set of OEM xenon headlights. I'm not sure if you will ever have autoleveling either way (if that was something you wanted).

It will be prretty expensive to go OEM, but....
if you want the ecode "European Housings" that would be a way to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. You could get the euro housing xenons.
