Digital Camera ppl, what do you think of the Sony DSC-P7, my gf is gona give it to me for X-mas.

I have the DSC P-9, great camera
great size, build quality, picture quality (not quite up to the sony's with Carl Zeiss lens), but for the size, can't beat it. Get the 128mb memory stick, it's amazing how many pictures/movies you can save on that thing.

Personally, I use the Fuji FinePix 2800. Very happy with this.
The 6X optical zoom lens is important to me though. Also I prefer to have a memory medium that is used by many other cameras (paid $50 for my spare 128 Meg memory thingy).
The Sony looks to be better in low light situations though.
