Depends on the type of floor jack you have.
A regular jack could crush the rail. The best jack to get for out cars is the one with the slot for the rail to sit in -- I'm sure there is a technical name for it, but I don't know it. :-)

jcwhitney racing has those for cheaper. same deal.
trolly blocks. they used to be an aw advertiser... in don't come around here much anymore so i don't know if they still are
