Depends on your dealer as well, the (m)
Audi Service Advantage basically states that the dealer can opt to provide you a loaner, a shuttle ride, or vehicle pick up/and or delivery service. Oh, and don't forget a free car wash. (big oooh)
I have my car in for its first service today, and both dealers in town (including the one I purchased from) only offer shuttle rides. Hopefully your experience will be better.

We offer loaners, shuttle, pick up/delivery etc......
We've got handfuls of loaner cars. However we only offer them if the car is in for more than 2 flat rate hours or if the repair is $300.00 or more (total parts and labor).
