Default Yes. In eBahn it's listed as "Pressure regulator valve for crankshaft housing ventilation"

I found it searching for "recirculation" which took me to the Mechanical recirculation valve, which was in the same diagram as the PCV.

Default No, not the typical type anyway. The crankcase ventilation system must be able to ....,

meter the flow of blow--by gasses into the intake system when there is either a vacuum pressure or positive boost pressure in the intake manifold.

Default No, but it is checked for deposit build up. Cleaned as required.

Anouther name for it is the "suction jet pump".

is it near the divertor valve? i gotta learn how to take off my bumper to make getting to stuff easy

Default No, it's on the opposite corner behind the left rear end of the engine.....m

The suction jet pump, and the crankcase pressure regulating valve, provide for the removal of blow-by gasses from the crankcase, metering the flow into the intake manifold for all engine speeds and load ranges.
