Does anyone else have problems with the (Random Changer) function on the stereo not switching discs?

It isn't supposed too....
I think it is just supposed to randomly select tracks on the cd you are currently on.
It would be annoying if you had to load cds between each song...

Here's what I've found to be the case with mine (Bose)...(m)
When I tap the menu button in CD mode it gives me the option to choose off, random CD or random changer. When I choose random changer it randomly plays all the songs on that disc, then randomly selects another disc and plays all the songs at random on that disc, then moves on to another randomly selected disc...... etc.
Not quite what I'm used to in the home stereo setting, but I've never had multi-CD car audio before so I don't know what to expect. Perhaps German eccentricity?

Look in your owners manual....
I can't remember exactly, but I think it says that it plays about 75% of the songs randomly on the same CD before it changes to another, to avoid changing disks frequently.
