My bad...Yer right, V-Meter was on my B5...Nonetheless, I believe its still 14v.

Default You vary the voltage through a device with a higher hystersis than the periodicity of the...
...voltage swing. You get varying levels of brightness, sound output, or motor speed depending on the output device. You can also do a pulse width detection on the output to extrapolate the condition of the output device. But it's basically a way to emulate an analog variation in voltage/current using a digital output.
