I purchased a set of Black Audi rings (Front and trunk) in August. I was charged and didn't receive anything, word or package, for a month. I called and was told they were sent US postal to a physical address (I have a PO Box). They then allegedly resent via UPS. 2 weeks, still no package. Called again, spoke to the owner, it was sent UPS to the PO Box (yeah right). Weeks later the hurricanes were a factor... you get the drift. I finally threatened using this and other forums to bash their name and was told they would go out FedEx last Wednesday. Still no package. Their customer service sucks and their owner is a lier. I don't know about the product because I am still waiting for it...3 whole months!!!!

I am a lawyer...so dont talk to me about libel until you learn how to spell it. They messed up 5 times since August...so I let them have ample oppurtunity to find a solution to the problem THEY created. Finally, this is the most appropriate place to speak of my experiences since it will ultimately lead to loss of sales...which should make them strive for higher levels of professionalism and customer service.
