Default Driveline thunk when coming off a stop (triptronic) maybe trans mount?

I have APR snub mount already, noticed it more lately. I was thinking maybe putting One RS4 motor mount on the side the engine torques, but i'm feeling a little lash when i first take off from a stop (and only then).

Anyone see this before?

Default I've had a thunk on my Tip 3.0 around 1800 RPM's in first or second gear on and off...

since I bought my A4. Dealer service manager sadi not to woory so I haven't. Now if it were to start ocurring more often it would start to get my attention.

Default 1.8T quattro, 90K miles. seems more pronounced lately read more

my apr snub mount is 1year old. could be bad?
I was thinking RS4 motor mount on one side (torque side), but there has to be some sort of transmission rubber as well somewhere. I don't have etka, so i would guess on my previous car ownership that i've lost a motor mount to age, and/or trans mount.

It has been my experience that you replace all mounts at one time, since ONE new mount (aka my snub) would displace extra forces on the older weaker mounts and torch them. So i've always done all mounts at once on my other cars with great success.

Do you have any tips on trans mounts (anything poly?) or the RS4 motor motor and i'm guessing that would be the DRIVERS side if the motor spins the way i think it does?

I might ask the dealer since i have 10K miles left on my warranty to see if they can qualify motor mounts as failed (i dont have wear n tear). Same with trans mounts i'm guessing like brake pads they are wear n tear items unless something has sheared.

I will find an answer as its starting to annoy me. I hate loose women and loose drivetrains.

Default Triptron has 2 mounts....

on either side of the trans.

They are rubber, and often suffer after upgrading the snub.

Us B4 & B5 guys upgraded ours to the Audi Allroad mounts.

The engine mounts usually dont go bad.

RS4 mounts will transmit more noise & vibes into the cabin....

https://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/1044200.phtml</a
