Hey everybody, I'm having an issue with both my passenger and drivers side power windows not working. I know that's a common issue with this model but the other posts don't have the same issue as I do. The drivers window doesn't roll down at all and the passenger window won't roll down from that sides switch, but will work from the drivers controls. The drivers window doesn't roll down when I use the door lock either.

So far I've replaced the switches on both sides and that doesn't seem to do the trick. There are a few wires that are completely severed between the door and the body on the drivers side, but would that cause the issues with the passenger side as well? Is there anything else I could be missing?

I'm guessing that if you splice those wires back together, the windows will work. Also, could the other side have broken wires too?
