I'm only running .8 bar right now, we found that's the optimal range for this turbo on 91 octane, with these stock injectors and outside temps right now. Still the car made good realistic power. : )

I trust MTM/JHM #'s, but I want to see if it is delivering. I'm sure the MTM Cat/DP will make a nice improvment on my Stage 2's 215hp/245tq, not quiet like a "test pipe", but decent enough I'm sure. Hopefully that's what I'll get next.

With any of the chips out there, w/ out upgrading the stock injectors. Right now with hotter temps, CA fuel, the dyno is telling us that optiminzing the boost at .8 is giving us a much smoother curve.
Bigger injectors would help yes, and you could increase the boost, especially in the higher gears where these stock injectors are maxed out and surging occurs, sometimes you can't even feel this, but the dyno lets you know it's happening.
Eric at Supreme power even mentioned to me that his car ran much better with his E05 @ 1.2 bar then it does @ 1.6. In fact when we ran the boost at a higher level my car made great TQ and a few more ponies down low but ran out of fuel midway through and began to surge, as all of these chips have been known to do, do a search on all of them.
I wanted to post numbers that represented real everyday "drivability" power, i.e. with no detonation, surging or maxing the injectors out to get higher numbers, etc.
With the test pipe, we wanted to see how much power that Cat was robbing, 15 ponies and you can really feel it, and hear it! ; )
