Default It might be that.

Or your N75 valve is overboosting a bit (might be on its way out). All recent K04 dyno sheets that I've seen have a flatter tq curve (much like nanotech's dyno sheet).

Default Great numbers and thank you for sharing them with us...

You seem to be getting about the same power as nanotech (relax Mike, his car is just as slow as our cars lol) and myself. I believe KTR's dyno reads a bit higher than the Dyno Dynamics that we used:

Here's a B6 1.8T with GIAC 1+ and stock exhaust (green). It was dyno'd on the same day as nanotech and myself:

His numbers should be the same as yours but they're not because our local Dyno Dynamics appears to read lower than KTR's (difference is about 10 units).

Now before you say that Dahlback's tune is a lot more aggressive, here's A4Rye's dyno sheet that he did at KTR. He's running GIAC 1+ software with supporting mods (includine IC upgrade):

I'm guessing he'll get around 160whp and 200wtq on our DD.

Here's mine btw (almost the same as nanotech's):

Basically what I'm saying is that all dynos measure differently even when they're the same type (dyno dynamics in this case). You should be happy with your numbers (but you really should've baselined your car when it was stock).

if your upgrading the turbo, go forged DV... you need a good one to take care of the boost

Default yes and no re KTR's dyno

Here's a GIAC K04 on the same dyno showing 178 WHP.

Kinda goes to show that you can't compare two cars even on the same dyno. Depends on what gear, ramp speed, quality of gas, rim size etc...

Also, your dyno shows a similar, but smaller "blip" in the torque. Biphasic - ie two bumps. Mine is just more accentuated for some reason. I swapped my DV with another Bosch sport I had laying around last PM and the car felt similar where there was a bump, let off in the boost and back up again. Gotta do some boost logs.

thanks!<ul><li><a href="http://ktrperformance.com/dyno_tuning/dyno_graph_car.php?id_num=35">http://ktrperformance.com/dyno_tuning/dyno_graph_car.php?id_num=35</a</li></ul>

Default I think ambient conditions can play a big role. On the day that I put up those #'s it was about 60

and raining. That being said, for some reason my car dyno'ed higher than other very closely modified b6 1.8's dynoed the same day.

Granted it was 5 or so hp but it was there.

Default Thanks for chiming in Ryan.

The day that nanotech and I dyno'd the temperature was like -12C (10F). Not the optimal turbo temperature I believe.
