Default E brake lever has no resistance when pulling up until the top few notches....

and the left rear brake is engaged a bit when lever is all the way down. What broke? I can see a bunch of pad material on the left rear rotor and it was very hot. Seems like the e brake is stuck engaged, i also can feel it grabbing in the rear when rolling to a stop.
ive had more problems with the brakes then any other sysytem.
Dropped 2500$ 6 months ago because water somehow got into the master cylinder and casued the front brakes to fully lock on. Had to replace everytihg except the abs controller. Now it feels similar in the rear?
Also have done rear rotors and pads twice in 64K?

Default Water/salt has seeped into the ebrake cables. Now they are siezed, causing the symptoms you ....

described. The cables must be replaced, and any associated damage to the rear pads/rotors, repaired also.
