Early B6 owners, get out yer manual! In the oil service section, it says "Factory-Filled with 0w-30"
Simply a yes or no answer would help Mike, who have never seen a manual that states this, although 3 people have affirmed this for him, he's still in the dark. TIA.

Here you go there....
The email clearly asking for RESEARCH into the CURRENT factory fill. Also clearly stating it was forwarded on to the PRODUCTS DIVISION for reply...

No way, that cant be true. I know its GC because it just hast to be. I dont know why, but it just has to be althoug the actual 0w-30 oil in germany is different from our GC 0w-30, it just has to be. Well, how about the CURRENT manual that you speak of...

I am willing to bet you will continue to attack me personally in probably funny ways but I am also willing to bet you will post ABSOLUTELY NO factual data because you have none.

As I predicted to you. Only personal attacks from you. I don't think youre mental. I just think you havent looked into it since the sludge issues and the clear changes. So any idea on when you will post that data you have on the claim that the US German Castrol is factory fill?

That manual does not mention Factory-Fill, does it?
Since 2002 manual states, "Factory-Fill is 0w-30" and the only 0w-30 which meets VW specs is German Syntec, and Castrol is the Official oil of Audi...it does not take a genious to figure it out...well, maybe it does??? How is Imported German Castrol 0w-30 different from German Castrol 0w-30? Man, you need to keep taking your meds.

Ok there are two questions you have posed....
Again, ABSOLUTELY NO information on your behalf but lots more questions. I'd be happy to help. First, what Castrol oil that is in Germany do you presume our US GC Castrol is?
Second, your 2002 manual is PRE SLUDGE and I havent even seen you post this manual regardless.
I'm still waiting you yor factor fill GC 0w-30 sheet with dates on it since you claim it to be true? <prediction: once again personal attacks with NO DATA at all>.
