Is it easy to change brake pads?

He is right. I just did mine and I could not put enought force on the rear piston...
by hand. I had to go to Harbor Freight and get a tool set to do it with. If you have this set, it is a 5 minute job/caliper. Here is the link fo the tool set, thanks to Bob Petruska, he saved my weekend!

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=40732</a

Yeah- it's called a block of wood and a 'C' clamp. 5min. job per wheel.
Just remember to torque those bolts tight (I think Audi recommends 91lbs.)I did it without using a torque wrench and the clips on the pads rattle when I hit medium sized bumps. It sounds like I have suspension damage (I don't)and it's a little embarrasing when you drive past people with in your nice ride w/ rattling noises coming out of the wheel wells. :'

I am not sure what clips you are refering to, I don't have that problem. But, DO NOT USE A C-CLAMP
On the rear calipers. They must be screwed in. The front calipers can be pushed in with a c-clamp.
The torque on the rear caliper bolts is 35 Nm, and the torque on the front caliper bolts is 25 Nm. Much less than 91 lbs-ft. The wheels should be 120 Nm, about 90 lbs-ft.

Still bedding in a little, but the grip is great! Very noticable. Happy with that.
I don't know about the brake dust though. The wheels still look clean now. I can comment on that more later. But, so far I would highly recommend them if you want more brake force, and less dust.
I am getting a little high piched squeel at low speed when they are cold. I expect that to go away in time, it is not loud at all.
