damn it. I seriously just ordered one of these off eBay only 2 days ago...for about $110. Wish I hadn't now.

Correct, they include unlock codes.

what is the difference between 8E0035195A & 8E0035195H - will they both substitue for each other ? I have a 195H can i use a 195A in its place and still use the sirius brain?

The difference is 850 dollars! These 195A radios are not Sirius ready either. You might be able to unlock it with Vag-Com, I'm not certain nor have I heard anything about it. As such I can't sell them to you like they would work with Sirius. But for the price tag it is something you might want to gamble on...? If you got one and it did work, you'd be saving the community 100's of dollars! Just some food for thought.

As a retailer I have to specify that these are NOT Sirius read 195H units, they are 195A
