If you open the coolant res to relieve any pressure, then close it tight again to create a closed system, you will only lose a couple drops of coolant when you pull the old sensor out.
How did the o2 sensors go? Did you just replace the front ones? I've looked down in there and I have no idea how I am going to reach them.
