Dealers aren't too keen on doing ECU swaps for people, so I don't know if you will find a dealer to do it for you.

The ECU has trans code in it, being from an auto, and so with so many features missing from the manual, you'll get all sorts of error codes.
In fact, you can probably start the engine (once the anti-theft was matched), but not much else.
If it was my car, I wouldn't even attempt this.
