Reading Eurocar they state "When customers order a simple spring set from Eibach, they can be rest assured those springs will be tested with O.E. shocks to make sure the car is not bouncing around and hurting handling performance."

Just thought some of you would like to know. I know their has been talk of keeping OE shocks on. They don't say the shocks will last as long as with O.E springs but....thought some would at least like this little bit of info.

The additional work of the O.E. shock to rebound a stiffer spring will promote faster wear, though.

Spend the extra $400-500 for shocks from everything I have read it is money well spent.

Yes, if you are going just for a look, go with springs. For better handling, get shocks too.
