Are the electrical plugs on Xenon equipped cars the same as Halogen equipped cars?

Are the electrical plugs on Xenon equipped cars the same as Halogen equipped cars?
I found a pair of 2003 A4 Xenon housings with Valeo ballasts and OEM bulbs for sale and am hoping this is a straight foreward swap of the headlights before I purchase them.
So, the electrical plug that plugs into the H7 Halogen bulbs...is that plug the same as the one that would plug into the Xenon ballasts?
I want this to be a straight foreward, no cutting, no splicing, OEM-like (minus auto leveling) install.

The actual H7 and Xenon bulb plugs are different inside. The housing plug works on both.
I had OEM Halogen. Then I bought Halogen E-Codes. Then I bought "Complete HID E-Code" housings (with OEM ballast/bulbs). It's 'plug-n-play.

Sounds good! Thanks for the info.
So I should be able to undo the 4 bolts per headlight, remove it, install the Xenon housings/ballasts/bulbs, tighten the bolts...and plug in the electrical plug and be done?

Exactly.
Everything is internal with these headlights. If it is all OEM, then no issues. Unscrew, unplug, remove. Install, plug in, tighten.
The only detail is that you will not have auto-leveling because the Halogen car does not come with it. Just have dealer adjust the beam.

Awesome...I'll buy them...do you have any pictures of the Xenons? (more)
What is your impressing going from halogent to xenon? Worth it?
