Default ERRRR BRAKE LIGHT!!

So my brake light indicator light is on - I've replaced the blubs twice now, checked the 5amp fuse (may have been the wrong one) and I am w/o service? Any ideas? I havent added any electronic mods (stereo, lights, etc) so that cant be the short. Any suggestions to track this down...

Default wait does it say "BRAKE" ?

maybe I misread this the time.

If it says BRAKE you're low on fluid.

If its a light the car will tell you which one.

Default You mean the red "BRAKE" light? ....

That light is illuminated when the ebrake is engaged, or the brake fluid is low. Have you checked the brake fluid level in the reservoir? The ebrake light switch at the hand lever, may be faulty or not adjusted properly.

Default NOPE...

The heads up display that shows the radio station etc - diagnostic panel - once I start up the car the it reads out "right brake light". Its not the red "brake" indicator or warning light.

Checked the fluid - and its right...The heads up display that shows the radio station etc - diagnostic panel - once I start up the car the it reads out "right brake light". Its not the red "brake" indicator or warning light. Then, where it typically will say which station your listenin to it says "brake" - - but since my tail light is still out...kinda lends me to think its the bulb or wiring harness.
