Default How are your going to just install the rear section...Is the front already installed?...

If you are only installing from the rear flanged sections onward, there will be cutting and welding to do. If you already installed the proper front section and are just bolting up the rear section to it than it should only take about 30 minutes. If the rear tips need adjustment, just unscrew the center ajustment bracket and move the pipes inward or outward as desired, then retighten.

Default Ok...here's some info...

With the stock downpipe, your going to have to adapt the smaller pipe diameter to the larger. This can be done with a small section of pipe reduced at one end than welded or clamped to both your stock downpipe and the Thermal system. If you get this piece made for you, than you have eliminated half the install time of the system. The downpipe is the tricky part to install. Best way to get the old one off is to burn the old bolts off. You don't have to worry about this so it shouldn't take you but 35-45 minutes. Id try and get a custom downpipe made, however if you cant get one from Thermal. Talk to oneeight for all kinds of custom Audi eshaust pipes. Cheers! Mike

Default wait...so your saying i cant just slap on my thermal exhuast i need adapters?

that seems kinda odd...i have an auto and it looks as though i can just taker off the exhaust pipe clamp thats towards the mid/fron of the car and slide the thermal in.
