ahhhh that's the same part I ordered from them and got them today. (More)
For months I was looking on how to get these mirrors. I wrote to in-pro.de and they wrote me back and asked me to contact RPI in Canada, their distributors for North America. Needless to say they were not much help. After that, I was just too frustrated to wait any longer so I ordered these mirrors from parts4euro.com I probably paid $30-40 more, oh well.
They look nice, thankfully its the correct part (same size for both - phew!). I am going to install it before the Sun sets. Will post pictures soon.
I called them a few hours after I ordered the mirrors on Friday, just to make sure they got my order. They said it would ship out on Monday. Never said what shipper. They came by FedEx Ground in 2 days from CA->MD which amazes me.
Good luck, just be a bit patient. I am sure you will get them soon.

How about vendors that don't return email...
I have a vendor that has not returned my email in over a week. In addition they have no phone number to contact on. I think that is pretty crappy. How are you supposed to resolve any issues.

quality is nice, all chrome of course (not like the real S4) and it looks tight!!
sorry its kinda dark right now to take pictures, it was a PITA to install the first one but I figured it out and the 2nd one was a piece of cake. Can you believe the instructions were in German? and Google's translator did a poor job.
i'll see how the pix turn out right now, otherwise i will take some pix tomorrow morning and post soon.
