Default When is part two?

Also, whats the vendor and PN for that part?

I machined up my own phoenelic spacer like that for my race car, and it went from literally buring hot (couldn't touch anything under the hood) coming off the track, to being cool to the touch after 4 hours of straight track time...

I had tried the teflon spacer on the Audi, but it never sealed properly (Teflon is rotten for gaskets)

Same gasket as the B5.5 Passat IIRC. Call them.

Default Nice work Mike, positive results have been shown on the TT's already...

I finally got mine in last week, and port matched the gasket/spacer with the head. Like the power gasket, the mani is cool to the touch now after several hard runs.

Nice work Jet, I'm anxious to see your results. Since you're not re-installing the stock mani with the heatshield, I'm wondering if the tests will be skewed a bit with the Dahlback mani?

I'm even more interested in what gains you see from the DB mani, awesome work Bro.

Here's a link to the TT results...<ul><li><a href="http://public.fotki.com/ttschwing/manifold_work/insulating_phenolic/">http://public.fotki.com/ttschwing/manifold_work/insulating_phenolic/</a</li></ul>
