ok geniouses, I'm getting the following code:
VAG-COM Version: Release 311.2-N
Control Module Part Number:
Component and/or Version: 1.8L R4/5VT G01 0003
Software Coding: 0016501
Work Shop Code: WSC 63351
1 Fault Found:
17522 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B1 S2: Internal Resistance too High
P1114 - 008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
I clear it and it comes back after 4-6 weeks.
I know it's related to an O2 sensor going bad or problems with the sensor wiring and that it probably isn't serious.
My next scheduled visit to the dealer is a couple of months away. Is it safe to wait a couple of months or should I take it in earlier?
TIA

if so, I get this code. I have talked it over with my tech. It might not be the wiring, it could be that the heaters stay on when they shouldn't be and overheating the sensor thus the internal resistance too high.

to see if you are running lean. If you let the codes sit long enough I guess you will get a code the more they pop up. Or you might never get a cel.
