Got my car back from the body shop last night...2 weeks without her. I was going through withdrawals!
Billy @ Anchor Body did awesome work as usual. He was able to repair the rear fender instead of replacing it. No sense in cutting into the frame if he didn't have to (since the rear fender is one big piece that includes the roof line above the doors). Can't even tell there was damage there. He was also able to paint 90% of my right side and the entire rear bumper cover. The right doors had some rock chips, minor scratches, etc. Basically the car looks brand new again (minus the front end which is pretty sand blasted).
Getting back into my car yesterday was weird because it was such a different driving experience than the Chrysler Sebring I've been driving around in.
Onto the pics! (sorry for the cell phone pics, will take better pics this weekend of the car)

I know we joke about swapping wheels in 2 years as a freshening.... Discount Tire damaged one of my wheels back in June when I first bought them. They told me first thing, didn't try to hide anything. I suggested I'd prefer a new wheel vs. a repair (given that they were brand new, and not too expensive). I finally ordered the wheel and had it mounted this week, and the old one is my spare that I'll probably try to get repaired anyhow. It's not terrible damage, but I'll see if I can get it fixed up.
So, I'll have five wheels to trade with you in 2009, not four. ;-)

I did some researching on refinishing hyper-silver wheels and they're damn expensive. Costs MORE than if I bought a new wheel...isn't that crazy?
New wheel going on Monday morning.

They straigthened 2 of my wheels for 70$ each, and they were pretty bent up when I brought them in (hit a huge pot hole at ~60km/h). I was extremely happy with the results, almost no visible damage.
They have really specialized machines, and don't let the website name fool you. The location near me had a shope, ALONG with a mobile repair service.
Anyway, if this applies to you, you might want to check them out..<ul><li><a href="http://www.mobilewheelrepair.com/locations.html">Clicky</a></li></ul>
